- Guests must provide their flight number, arrival or departure time, destination, and contact details when booking.
- The driver will monitor the flight schedule and wait at the designated meeting point for airport arrivals.
- Additional charges may apply for excessive waiting time, additional stops, remote locations, oversized luggage, or destinations outside the listed areas.
- Changes to the pick-up time or destination must be communicated in advance.
